Payment

Payment is made in advance, including VAT
Delivery is digital. Customer is added to the online program after payment.

Cancel or terminate
Customer can request a refund if not more than 30% of the program has been completed.
Refund is the sales amount minus 5 euros for platform costs, provided that the customer has demonstrated that the program has had no added value.

Liability
Buro Vitale Vrouw is not liable for any damage that occurs after following the e-learning.
